Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company uses Rippling for plenty of things although it’s main use is just to combine all of your work needs into one simple app as an employee. I use it for payroll time and attendance and managing taxes.

Pros

  • Clocking in and out; very simple
  • Managing direct deposit; easy and efficient
  • Managing taxes; headache gone

Cons

  • Some tabs can be confusing at times
  • Can’t access paycheck before payday even though pay period is over
  • Ease of use less chaos in the workplace
  • Finances became much more clear
Incentives and frequent update emails.

Very simple interface and easy to manage and navigate
Of course Rippling is well suited for clocking in and out as well as accessing direct deposit. It is less appropriate for managing employee databases and things like that.
