Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We are using it for Time and Attendance, Payroll, Scheduling, and Performance. We will begin fully using Rippling in January. We've found that using Rippling will allow our managers and team to be more productive by moving four technologies into Rippling. We will also be able to incorporate our worker's compensation and benefits into Rippling with our 3rd party vendors which will again save time.

Rippling provided more product availability to allow us to move several systems into one. Rippling also took the time to provide the service at a cost that would work for the company when combining all of these systems without seeing a negative return on investment. They were consistent in follow-up regarding the products and any questions that were raised at any time.
Without fail, Rippling has been great about responding to all questions from our team in a very timely manner. If our implementation manager was unavailable, the next level manager reached out to the entire group to let us know and asked if we had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed right away.

While Rippling is much more extensive than our past payroll system, there are so many videos and help options that allow any user to be able to move through Rippling and fully understand how to use it within a short period of time. The Rippling University modules are a great resource for any new user or administrator.
The Rippling Recruiting process allows us to schedule everything with the candidate right inside the app and send emails without having to do it separately. It eliminates a lot of manual processes for us. The payroll system allows global contractors from all of the countries we work with to be included instead of having to use a 3rd party vendor. The fees are lower for both the global contractor and the company.
