Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used as an HR managment and employee self-service tool. Employees can log in to view payroll, request time off, visit retirement benefits and regular health benefits. They are also able to easily navigate to more mission critical areas right from the main UI. The previous system (ADP) was a bit clunky with a messy UI. Harded to navigate. Rippling solved this issue via grater ease of use, better CS (support) and a much cleaner interface. Learning curve has been minimal as well based on the intuitiveness of the system overall.

Rippling is a much more intuitive platform and has a much cleaner UI. Self-service options are more detalied and robust, while keeping to a clean and specific interface. User experience is more pleasant and log-in to system is more intuitive as well. Deployment team has also spoken to the better value the platform offers when compared to ADP and others.

Clean and easy to naviagate UI. System responsivness. Intuitive selections and layourt. Has everything needed from an HR and employee self-service perspective. Support info and channels are easy to understand and there is room for layour customization if needed. The integration into our other system adds addtional convenice and value as well.
Well suited for all HR, Benefits, time off and payroll portal. Would be less appropriate for a Customer service portal or like service. Going into the portal request time off, link to specifc HR resources, change personal information and view / select benefit info is core use case and does it well!
