Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to cut down on double-handling and data management. It has helped us increase efficiency and maintain compliance across our business.

Pros

  • Intuitive UI.
  • Data organization.
  • Automation

Cons

  • The training can be a bit hard to grasp. it would be helpful if there were more examples and background of the purpose of fields (i.e., job families, vs teams, vs departments).
  • Being able to add retrospective data (i.e., previous performance management details) so that the data can be used for the first round comp. reviews.
  • We have not yet gone live.
I find Rippling more comprehensive and easier to drive (as a non-IT-savvy person).
All contacts have been prompt and professional. Geetha, in particular, has been exceptionally helpful with implementation.
