Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use this for payroll access and management, benefit enrollment and access to current benefits, learning management to improve our company knowledge and stay current on safety regulations. The company can post any current job openings. We can also access our healthy spending account and check balances. Management can send us messages also.

Pros

Cons

  • i would like to take classes in the learning development without them having to be assigned to me
  • I receive a lot of emails from Rippling
  • the organization chart is hard to navigate
  • I am not in a management position
  • I do not have access to ROI with my position
  • I do not have access to overall business objectives
Switching from Paylocity to Rippling was an upper management decision and I had no say so on the switch. I am simply an employee and use Rippling to access payroll, my benefits elections, learning and safety tasks assigned by the company. I also use it to access my healthy savings plan to check balances.

I am a new user and I have found it very easy to navigate to all the available features, I have yet to encounter a problem.
I feel like all the personal apps are easy to navigate to from the home screen which keeps me from having to search for them individually. As stated earlier I would like to take classes from the learning center to better my company knowledge and improve my value to the company.
