Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for the HR, payroll, and benefit portal. Considering moving Bill Pay and credit card to Rippling as well. So far, Rippling has addressed well of our business needs. There are some improvements that can be made, such as payroll reporting, syncing with NetSuite, and customer service. I am the administrator and primary user of Rippling.

Pros

  • Benefit administration and enrollment.
  • Payroll, paystubs, W-2.
  • Employee management.

Cons

  • Faster customer service response time.
  • Bill Pay's ability to automatically sync invoices as soon as they are entered, rather than manually initiated syncing.
  • If we move Bill Pay and credit card to Rippling, the total overall costs and savings for both HR, payroll, and F&A systems would be great. At this time, the costs are comparable to other similar-sized companies. However, Rippling seems to provide a better system.
Better paystub and W-2 reporting. ADP made a lot of mistakes.
Support is slow and is not always helpful. Hard to reach someone on the phone.

Do you think Rippling delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Rippling's feature set?

Yes

Did Rippling live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Rippling go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Rippling again?

Yes

Based on experience and feedback from other team members.
The system interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The payroll and benefit portal is seamless and provides one combined
system to house all benefit-related information. Good value for money. Rippling
offered a reduced bill pay and credit card module, which we are looking into.

Customer service can make some improvements. Payroll
reporting is not very straightforward. We have provided feedback; however,
there has not been much improvement made in reporting.

Using Rippling

500 - All employees use Rippling as their payroll and benefits portal. We are a healthcare startup company. I use Rippling as an employee and admin function.
10 - HR, payroll, and accounting/finance team. Use Rippling for HR onboarding, benefit administration, payroll processing and bill pay, credit cards.
  • benefit administration.
  • Payroll and paystubs, W-2s.
  • Onboarding new employee, HR record.
  • Bill pay.
  • Credit cards.
  • Consolidate HR, payroll, and benefit functions into one portal.
  • Probably use Rippling for bill pay analytics and financial analysis once they improve the software capability to allow us to do so.
There are several improvements that could further enhance Rippling software. Overall, I think Rippling provides a well-consolidated, company-wide system that allows us to move smoothly from one module to another without needing to switch platforms/systems.
