Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for time off, benefits, and scheduling. Helps house all HR-related things. We also use it to quantify how many hours of time off we've taken, our company's employment tree, HSA, FSA, medical and dental benefits as well. And most importantly for our pay stubs and breakdown of each paycheck.

Pros

  • Clear payment breakdowns
  • friendly interface
  • Organized list of benefits

Cons

  • An ask AI feature would be great
  • A way to direct message managers and colleagues
  • easier login, way too many security provisions
  • Rippling has made it extremely easy for us to navigate payment

Fantastic for medium to larger teams, maybe not the easiest to navigate for small teams
