Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as a Payroll platform. we're trying to integrate it with more features like org charts, Ai, overtime, sick dates, vacation.
We'd love to have everything in one App, since we have multiple features accros the company. Having everything together would make life way more easy

  • Clear dates
  • Bank transfer dates

Cons

  • App lacking of features
  • layout in website
  • Payroll capacities
  • 0 commission! no % at all
The thing is that Rippling is way more transparent and for what it looks until now, it has more features.
Deel has been easier to use, but with less features
They have solved the issue really quick!!

It's only missing some App features!
The thing is that it's not that easy to use as competitors. We, as freelancers, want to have everything together and easy to use. this doesn't help
