Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it as an HR platform. We house all of our benefit usage, benefit signup, payroll, hiring, pto, etc. on the platform. It has been so easy to use and incredibly intuitive. We used this platform to help us make our HR processes more streamlined as the company expanded. We acquired someone so we adopted new processes and Rippling was one of them.

It is super easy to use. I have not used an easier platform.
It is well suited for all HR platforms. I loved how it was simple to use and to learn. We did not receive any training on the platform and I picked it up easily. I wouldn’t however use it for strictly just one thing. It is something that works best the more integrated it is
