Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it for payroll as well as any expenses. It is an amazing product and out performs other platforms I have used in the past. I am able to easily upload receipts from my phone onto the site and the program is able to reconize the amounts as well as the area it is from (restaurants, certifications etc.)

Pros

  • little effort to use.
  • lots of staff assistance
  • will make reminders at end of month for time sheets

Cons

  • sometimes the site glitches
  • sometimes the receipt is not able to be read and puts the expense in wrong area

Rippling is far ahead to SAP Concur. It has people in its corner who care and are willing to talk you through any issue you have on the platform. I had a very negative experience with SAP Concur. I can only say that Rippling cares as a company about your pay and your expenses!

I am the worst at using any software and if I can use it with no glitches, then anyone can. It is very user friendly and if you have any issue, you can always ask the staff to assist you. No question is too dumb. They will walk you through the whole process.
Love the month end reminders.
Love the staff support if I have any issue.
I forgot to put in my time sheet and was reminded by email to put it in and still did not do it. Rippling notified my manager and then after a email from my manager I was able to get to putting in my timesheet and got paid on time.
