Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it for all things work related. Laptop updates - Payroll - Time-off portal - Leaning assignments - Company updates.

I use it on a daily basis for all things company related. It makes keeping track off all my company's notifications and updates very easy to manage.

It also makes looking up specific benefits super easy. I don't have to hunt for the login for multiple portals. One portal and I can easily and quickly get to where I need to go.

Pros

  • Time-Off requests - Requests and Approvals in one portal.
  • Laptop - System updates - Notifications if a new version has been released.
  • Quickly checking my HSA account and having the ability to get to it if I need to.
  • Company Notifications - Not only alert in the portal - also, with a follow up email to ensure I don't miss any company announcements.

Cons

  • I am unable to use Google Auth - I have a separate 2FA for just this portal.
  • It would be nice to have more learning courses available - directly from the portal - Not just company required ones.
  • A better selection of Rippling approved apps in their app store.
  • Easy to use
  • Central Location for all work related tasks
  • Cuts down on having to reach out to IT and different orgs for things

Central location for finding most things related to my work tasks
I really enjoy Rippling. Coming from a much bigger company - I had multiple portals for - Payroll - Benefits - HSA - Laptops updates - Company notifications.
Rippling is truly a one stop shop for all things I need that are work related. I love the ability to authenticate in the portal - then move somewhere else without having to keep logging in to different portals.
It's very user friendly.
