Rippling This platform does it all

Everyone who we have interacted with has been extremely helpful. There has been a valuable partnership throughout the process. If there were questions they did not have answers to, they connected with the right people and ensured there was a follow up with in 24hours. The team made themselves available for any call or training session needed. The project plan was extremely helpful to keep track of deadlines and ensure there were no misses during implementation.

This rating was provided due to the user ability. There is an ease to navigate the feature. The resource library available in the search is valueable. I never feel there is something I can't resources to learn and walk through.

The platform has already created the ability for people to build out necessary reporting that is asked for on a regular basis. This has been able cut back on time spent building reporting; Rippling's ability to also update the reports in real time has created ease for a constant flow of information.
The one area where Rippling struggles, is the multi company configuration. There ar two companies that require specific branding, email communications and reporting structure, and currently Rippling does not support this in a proper way that separates the companies appropriately.
