Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik
Moved from legacy tape process to image based full disk solution. Previous process was slow and didn't allow image based recovery. Tape library was very large and consumed alot of space in our data center.

- Set it and forget it management. Backups are reliable and solid without alot of having to review backup logs daily. Previous solution involved daily detailed reviews, job reruns etc.
- Ability to recover image of server. Previously would have to reinstall os then restore data. We now are confident in app upgrades, patching and other impactful changes knowing we have a safe path back if needed.
Was over 5 years ago when we made the comparison but LOVED that Rubrik was a software and hardware solution with no finger pointing. Solution met all needs and was a turnkey product. Has been easy to maintain and grow over the years.
