We utilize RUN Powered by ADP for payroll and our 401k plan is held through ADP.

  • Trimmed the payroll process to under 30 mins per pay period
  • The 401k platform makes compliance much easier than our prior vendor
Places some of the administrative burdens on the employee for things like changing direct deposit banks.
Yes. Running payroll is a quicker process and employees now have ownership in maintaining/updating their deposit information and 401k elections.
We selected RUN Powered by ADP because it was much more efficient to run bi-weekly payrolls and were having customer service issues with the prior vendor.

The payroll onboarding process was great and the RUN Powered by ADP platform works great. My only real complaint is that I get bombarded with sales calls from different people for the same things, some of which we already have. Or have already declined.
