Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We are using Sage Intacct across the whole organization. The month-end close process is faster and bank reconciliations are timely. we have Integration with bill.com which streamlined our AP process and Expensify for for credit cards and employee reimbursements. We can produce a financial package with the click of a button.

  • Intercompany transactions. I wish once you pick intercompany you could create the offset entry in the other company.

We have automated AP by using Bill.com and Expensify. Everything gets exported to Intacct.
I always use a vendor. I have implemented Intacct in 3 different companies.
Not cloud based, no real time data. Difficult and expensive customer support.
Overall Sage Intacct is a great product. I would like improvement when it comes to prepaid expenses and also intercompany transactions.
