Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It is being used in our finance department but is integrated with several other systems that our other departments utilize.

- Multi-entity use and ability to roll up into a top level
- Custom field areas
- reconciliation
- flexibilty in merging certain accounts if needed
- recurring journal entries
- Has made it easier to see P&L's
- Able to customize for our complex business the things that we need to see and review with custom reporting
- Custom fields have made it easy for us to track several different sources of data
I would say most of the automation has been helpful but with our complex business some has not. We have had to adapt as we go and the first year has been a learning experience more than anything else.
Sage is very powerful and very good when it comes to audit trails. It is more challenging to correct a simple mistake which causes some frustration.
