Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Intacct as our accounting software. Or accounting staff and inventory management team uses the product. Intacct offers an accounting system that allows us to manage our data. The dashboards and canned reports are a nice feature that allows for quick access to our company's information.
Pros

Cons
- Allow for additional custom reports.
- Intacct combined with the other software change we have made, which all integrate together, has helped us increase back-office efficiencies.
- Reporting capabilities have helped us identify strengths and weaknesses in our business.
This is one area where we know the system has the capability, we just haven't taken the time to utilize fully. We use the reoccurring GL feature as well as saved reports. One feature I like is the ease of duplicating and editing GL entries when needed.
I haven't been on Sage Intacct long enough (4 months) to see its fully in action, but some aspects of Intacct are better, others are not. I liked the reporting and views in the accounting system better in GP. But the ease of use when creating GL's and uploading info is better with Intacct.
