Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Currently, Intacct is being used by the Finance Department. It is anticipated that the software will be utilized by all departments upon the Finance Department becoming more familiar with the software functionality (We are new to the software platform).
  • Dashboard Functionality: Customization to specific departmental needs.
  • Reporting: Customization and specific to departmental organization needs.
  • The ability to integrate with other applications and banking institutions.
  • Support in all aspects including functionality and reporting.
  • We are new to the software so, the ROI has not really been determined at this point. The Intacct conference was a big help and we can already notice great strides in the system functionality.
We are currently working with our wholesaler in maximizing our core financial processes within the program
In the process of implementation with the wholesaler now.
With regards to functionality, about the same. However, with regard to reporting and multi-currency capability, Sage surpasses QuickBooks.
Best suited to perform high-level reporting based on departmental and organizational needs. Intacct does not provide adequate customer service support.
