Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
In general [Sage Intacct] is used to document the week schedule[.] In my opinion[, Sage Intacct is] very useful for the [entire] company because we can improve the way [we] define the weekly goals and responsibilities. In addition when you have a team in charge you can check the activities of everyone. I like this tool a lot.
- The web page layout
- The information that is shown to users is easy to understand
- The interface allow you learn how to use it in a short time
- I don't like a lot the main page, [it is] not attractive for the user
- The information is clear, but maybe its possible to include a text box with useful information
- Make the page more interactive
- Good tracking of activities
- Plant and develop activities
- Strong communication with the member of the company
In this case [Sage Intacct is] very useful for the HR department because it possible to track the activities of all the employees and realize when someone is not following the flow and make the changes necessaries. Its very common that employees could have some errors to document information and this tool can support them to solve it.
[The] time and expense management module has allowed the organization to track the quantity of time every employee [spends on] the activities, and in which status [they] are in every week in order to make the correct payment[.]
In this case, I had a short introduction to how to set up the system[.] [It] is not [too] complicated but if you don't want to spend time pushing the buttons and exploring the web page it is necessary that someone explain how to use every module in the system[.]

For this point [it] is very important to highlight all the requirements necessaries to migrate to ERP, in this case SAP and Net suite are very good platforms but quantity of resources and money that you need to invest to establish in your company is a lot, that is why I recommend to use Sage Intacct[.]
