Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
System of record - initial ERP system implemented to manage financials (& P2P process) globally. Previously used QuickBooks which was not appropriate for a rapidly growing company with multiple global entities. Sage Intacct allowed for a better financial roll-up, control, and reporting.
- Simple process steps/straightforward so easy to learn.
- Easy to administer & implement.
- Variety of modules available "only pay for what you need."
- Although small percentage, would like the ability to amend PO's vs have to re-issue another, etc.
- Licensing model is time-consuming. Would rather have enterprise model vs monthly managing/inventory of licenses etc.
- Easy migration from a paper based system to digital (procurement module).
- Allows for visibility and centralization of company purchases.
Previous system was paper-based and decentralized by location, now all consolidated on one central system & process.
Allowed us to roll up global entities much faster and more efficiently.
