Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used for business expenses and filling out time cards. It is very straightforward to use.

  • Error Reporting could be much more detailed.
  • Very accurate expense reports.
Accounts payable has allowed employees to be reimbursed for travel.
Expense reporting, in particular, has allowed me to quickly be reimbursed for work-related expenses during travel, including per diem rates, mileage, hotel invoices, airfare, and more. After traveling for numerous weeks for work, Sage Intacct has given me peace in knowing I will not be wondering when I will have the money back in my account.
I had no part in configuring Sage Intacct for my organization, but whoever did has trained others to pass on information to my colleagues. For instance, my Director of Operations will soon give me Time Sheet Deletion privileges so that I do not have to defer to someone else in case a mistake is made.
I did not have a part in selecting Sage Intacct, but it's been better than the previous timesheet software I've used.

Microsoft 365, Remote Desktop Services, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Filling in time sheets is easy, and error reporting could be more legible for the non-tech-friendly crowd.
