Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct for our Accounting needs. We are a multi location medical practice. Sage helps us keep track of expenses by location. We use the various features within Sage that include bank feeds, Order Entry, AP, GL, etc. Sage integrates with many applications to eliminate manual data entry. It is very user friendly and offers many areas of help.
- Bank Feeds directly into Sage from PNC
- Order entry to create invoices to our customers
- Reconciliations to ensure we have accounted for Credit card expenses
- Would like to be able to modify an AP invoice within an open period that was paid by credit card
- Reporting function is difficult to create custom reports
- More automation
- Love the function of storing invoices with the bill in Sage
- Love the bank feeds for reconciliation purposes
- Would like to see some better standard reports
We will be taking advantage of the plugins for ACH payments through the bank. This feature is great. We also utilize the intercompany transactions and this is very helpful.
We are using the multi-entity consolidation and this has been a great feature. Previously we had several QB accounts to maintain. Having everything in one system is a huge timesaver.

QB is not an accounting software, it is more for bookkeeping purposes. Sage is all encompassing and allows us to consolidate much more easily and efficiently.
