Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct for our general ledger transactions and financial reporting. Prior to implementing Sage Intacct, we used Sage 50, which could not handle the growth of the company. The biggest issue we had previously was AP invoice input due to the large volume of AP invoices that we receive daily. The AP automation tool has helped us increase efficiency and accuracy.

As previously noted, Intacct's AP automation has helped us increase AP invoice input accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, we have developed more robust financial reports that our CEO and executive team greatly appreciate. Automating certain features has helped us reduce the time it takes to close monthly, and we can extract data more efficiently.

Sage Intacct is great for AP automation & financial reporting. However, I would like to see more customization available related to financial reporting. I would also like the option to export reports from Intacct into Excel with the related formulas. When we need to fix one thing, it is sometimes easier to update the transaction in Intacct & then manually correct the number in the reports we exported. However, because the formulas don't carry over, all of the reports have to be re-run every time a correction is made.
