Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I am an accounts payable personal for a refrigeration company. In my experience Sage has been user friendly and robust. I love the customizable dashboards and the reports are easy to access and provides the financial information necessary. Although, lately, it has been taking the bills page a long time to load causing a frustrating delay in posting bills.

Pros

  • Customizable dashboard - Allows for easy access to pages used frequently
  • Reports - AR Aging Report provides all the necessary data

Cons

  • Freezing - The bills page can take several minutes to load
  • Posting payments is simple
  • Customizable check printing is beneficial
  • AP Aging report is top notch
Our company uses BuildOps and everything syncs to Sage. I have not experienced an issue with this. If a bill exports to the wrong account in Sage then it is because there is an issue within BuildOps.
I personally have not had handled the configuration of the Sage but my boss does and she always seems to address anything I bring up and configure the Sage accordingly.
Sage Intacct has more in depth reporting and is more customizable. Although, QuickBooks Online is easier to navigate for someone new to accounting.
