Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Our organization uses it to complete supplies purchasing and vendor management, and order tracking.

Pros

  • Easy for employees, very straightforward.
  • Tracking for the administrators is streamlined.
  • The visuals of the site make use so intuitive.

Cons

  • It is sometimes difficult from the user side if what you need is not already in the system, you can't request to add it through the interface.
  • This has made our checks and balances so much easier.
  • The ease and tracking of orders has improved tenfold.
We do not have or use those functions.

Vendor help was valuable, and implementation was smooth.
We have found this just to be more all-encompassing for our needs, and runs smoother for our staff.
