Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct appeared to be a nimble yet powerful system to act as an enterprise ERP along with general ledger and other accounting functions. In my opinion, we were led to believe the implementation consultant would be able to not only setup the system but also integrate with Athena Health to ingest all of our billing, productivity, and reimbursements to not only help me see the entire - complex organization with multiple subsidiaries in multiple industries much better, but also help me with revenue recognition and the move the GAAP as we grow. I was also supposed to be able to see on one income statement the gross charges, contractual write-offs, and collections down to the individual provider level, and get a financial statement per provider. This would also include productivity and grouping by major insurance carrier (e.g., Medicare vs. Medicaid vs. Blue Cross vs. other Insurance).
- I feel that our ROI has been roughly $-385,000
Nothing has worked other than the automations of intercompany transactions and transfers. We can do this much cheaper in QuickBooks with their Excel.
We used Multi-Entity but it honestly is not worth the money. That was one reason we moved from QuickBooks but we never should have moved. In my opinion, we wasted countless hours and dollars on empty promises of automation and nothing came to fruition.
Sage Intacct is no better and way too complex. If you are on QuickBooks, stay there.

I don't know. If I did I didn't want it because Sage Intacct is already too expensive.
