Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct as our ERP. We use the general ledger, purchasing, accounts payable, and fixed assets module. We needed to get better control over the purchasing process, so it allowed us to implement Purchase Requisitions-to-Purchase Order workflows, which has brought better visibility into spending and brought better controls as well. We also automated Accounts Payable with Bill.com, and the integration with Sage Intacct is deep and mature, so it helped streamline our payables processes significantly.
Pros
- Dimension
- Ease of Use
- Close the books
Cons
- Reporting is a bit complicated
- Native Fixed assets requires a 3rd party for depreciation
- A bit expensive for 10 pack of users
- Hard to quantify
- Quicker decisions because of better reporting
- Better morale across the organization
I am not sure what you mean by automation
We don't use those more advanced modules
