Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is utilized by our Sales Development Team. It allows them to create buckets of prospects to reach out to and customize that reach out cadence specifically for that audience. We have benefited from the ease of use and ability to scale effectively. Our program is now very easy to navigate and be successful.
  • Managing email templates.
  • Notifying you of daily tasks.
  • Giving insight into a 360 view of the prospect and your interactions with them.
  • Analytics can be a bit more robust.
  • Increased productivity/rep.
  • Faster training process for new hires.
We have had a few issues with SalesLoft syncing to Salesforce. The support team is always great and gets back to us very quickly when we have any questions. They also have a fantastic knowledge base full of great articles and how-to's that are very easy to navigate.
We've had very few issues and it's very easy to set up. I do wish that they were able to link to the Salesforce record by a unique identifier other than an email because it does limit the amount of activity/rep we are able to report on in SF. At times our reps will make a call and because we don't have an email on file for the individual it doesn't link back to SF so we have many discrepancies.
It is easier to navigate and has been built out for this specific process so in lots of ways it makes the day-to-day much more efficient.
Well suited for SDR programs and sales outreach, it is less suited for managing your sales pipeline after prospecting or managing customers. It's also NOT a marketing automation tool. We had a hard time communicating that to the upper level management when making a purchasing decision.
