Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

I used Salesloft as my primary tool for outreach for around a year. The goal was to manage sales campaigns where we would reach out to customers by phone and email so that we could ultimately set up a discovery meeting. It was also important to us to use the dialer within the platform.
  • Sales Campaigns
  • Email Automation
  • Tracking Outreach
  • Dialer can be buggy
  • User interface is ugly
  • Cheaper than our previous platform
  • Much less clutter in our prospect lists
The Salesloft team were very helpful and available with their time to solve problems and answer questions. They would hold regular 'office hours' where we could drop in and ask questions if needed.
Salesloft from my experience is better than Pipedrive in functionality, but is probably slightly behind Hubspot. Management decided to move from Hubspot to Salesforce for a more sales-focused platform and possibly the price.

Do you think Salesloft delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Salesloft's feature set?

Yes

Did Salesloft live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Salesloft go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Salesloft again?

Yes

Salesloft is well suited for sales development representative teams that need to keep track of many prospects and campaigns at once. It's easy to track activity, set tasks and create automated emails and templates. The platform is hindered by the lack of polish in it's user interface and buggy dialer (sometimes it won't let you answer incoming calls and also will disconnect your default mic settings).
