Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

We are a small sales team that needs to set a wide net and then focus on those engaging most with our content. We use Salesloft to track email engagement and then add prospects showing interest into a cadence to make sure they aren't slipping off our radar. We also use their dashboards to track rep effort and outcomes. We really like their call recording feature for coaching new reps.

It was more in depth than Hubspot but lacked the CRM.

Salesloft is really good for teams that need high volume outbound but do not want to send the same message to everyone. It helps with standardizing best practices but allows the rep to focus on customization. It also has features that aren't best in breed (i.e. the call recording isnt as strong as Gong) but for the price (included) it works well.
