Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
I am the main admin for Salesloft at Signiant. We originally got Salesloft because we had a bunch of different tools that we replaced with Salesloft a few years back.

Jackie Reale was one of our first CSMs back when we first started after our implementation went haywire and we spent months trying to fix everything. Jackie came in and met with us weekly to get us back on track. We've always had great CSMs and support at Salesloft especially when there are bugs or our teams need refreshers. It's also been great to bounce ideas off them and see how others are using the platform.
- Outreach
We only looked at two other tools when implementing Salesloft and the level of support was one of the reasons why we picked it 5 years ago. That and the functionality and integrations with our existing tools. After about three years on the platform, I looked at Outreach again for comparisons and still came back to Salesloft because of all those reasons.
