We have been using Salesloft for a very long time now. As sales analyst, I leverage Salesloft to run my outbound sales campaigns. Salesloft helps us in getting real time data like open rate, reply rate, hot leads, all these important KPIs that are important to book meetings and close deals and get the conversations started with your ideal prospect. Salesloft is an all in one platform for me. The interface is very easy to use.

- I feel like Open rate metric is a bit misleading, there should be other metric that actually shows you how your cadence is performing

Salesloft customer support is exceptional. I was having a problem last year where my cadence emails were not being sent out. I reached out to them by email and the customer support replied the same day, arranged a quick call, diagnosed where the problem is and solved the problem then and there. Due to this, I was able to execute my cadence effectively without any roadblocks

They have integrated AI, features like Rhythm, which is powered by AI helps you do more in less time and tasks that are more impactful and meaningful. It has become all in one platform and you dont need to navigate between dozens of others sales tools
