Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
Utilize Salesloft as a tool to reach out to and track communications with sales prospects. We create cadences for different persona types and outreach scenarios and enroll prospects in them. Salesloft progresses prospects through cadence and tracks clicks and opens. It solves for the business problem of organizing your outreach and understanding clear impact across those touchpoints.
Pros
- Tracking clicks and opens
- Progressing prospects through cadences
- Providing metrics on how well cadences are performing
Cons
- Difficult to make bulk changes on prospects in different cadences.
- Sometimes there are email formatting issues.
- Sometimes it does not remove prospects from cadences when they should be.
- It helps me to progress pipeline
- It helps me track engagement
- It helps me close deals.
I have not directly interacted with the support team, but there was an instance last month when Salesforce experienced an issue which caused the integration to disconnect. I appreciated how the Salesloft support team kept us informed of the progress to resolve the connection, as it wasn't their fault it occurred.
- Outreach
Salesloft is fine and gets the job done. Has what you need from a basic functionality perspective. I do prefer Outreach, as it is what I learned on and has a better user interface and is overall easier to navigate and make bulk changes. It is more intuitive and less clunky.
