Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
We use Salesloft to efficiently track and manage all our outbound sales communications for the full lifecycle of all deals from initial lead to a completed deal and for its ongoing renewal. It Salesforce integration allows us to track opportunities to know what is going on so all involved can see deal progress.
We also use it for running a number of high quality outbound sales cadences to targeted lists.
Overall it solves our outbound comms to ensure we are all aligned and know what's gong on in sales.

- Email Cadences - Great tool for emailing users and new users of our tool
- Integration with Salesforce - works seamlessly
- Email tracking - Great to see what recipients of emails are doing
Cons
- Domains - would be great to be able to add and utilise multiple domains
- Email Cleaning - would be great if it could cleanse data lists
- Integrations - integrations with other tools such as Posthog
- Deal tracking communications - we know what stage a deal is at and what's comms have been sent.
- Productivity - integrates with Gmail, and improves speed at which we work
- Ease of use - easy to use and makes working and managing email comms easier
Initial set-up of the tool, they got us up and running very fast.
