Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

We looked to onboard Salesloft for a few reasons: increase visibility into quality metrics of the SDR team, improve outreach to our prospects and be able to have a more data driven response to our go to market strategy.

Pros

  • Salesloft enables us to outreach at scale.
  • Salesloft helps us identify our warmest, most buyer ready prospects to streamline our outreach.
  • Salesloft helps us to identify quickly areas to course correct and provides the necessary data to do that.
  • Salesloft also surfaces data around outreach so we can ensure we are targeting our team with sensible KPIs that connect to our business goals.

Cons

  • I am really excited to try the new Plays update that is in Beta. We use plays regularly but I have longed for more granular automation. Having spoken with a member of the product team I am excited to see this improvement.
  • Salesloft reporting is great for metrics it considers important but I wish you could see what is being included in those reports in case we need to edit the way we log stuff in our CRM to make the reporting as accurate as possible.
  • At the moment you currently cannot use the SMS functionality if you are messaging UK and Europe based prospects.
  • Seen a 200% increase in productivity from our SDR team.
  • We now have robust data about when the best times to call are and can focus our power hours around those.
  • We now have an audit history around our emails sent and can dive in and make small changes to templates and snippets to continuously increase our open and click rates.
Pretty much the whole of my onboarding. I worked with Bonar out of the UK Salesloft office and he was extremely response and went out of his way to ensure he could help with some of the challenges I was experiencing. I am a fairly advanced Salesloft user having used it at previous companies - however this was the first time I had used Salesloft with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and was struggling to understand some of the ways MS Dynamics wanted fields mapped. The team was extremely supportive and made the transition and implementation very easy.

It was a game changer bringing in Salesloft. We use Microsoft Dynamics as our CRM and many of my reps had found it difficult to use the reporting as well as make sure they were surfacing their best leads at the right time. Once we implemented Salesloft we saw a 200% increase in productivity and were able to make some corrections around messaging and the type of outreach we were focused on.
