Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
I work as a business development representative? We use it to monitor our emails how many we sent and the status of the email so whether it was opened or replied to, we also use it to keep track of every activity with every contact so that we have a log of everything.
Pros
- Email tracking
- Timely follow ups with cadences
Cons
- Can have more automation
- Can have an easier way of importing contacts without having to attach an Excel, like a manual input or something
- Almost doubled the level of outbound activity
- Helped us check which account accounts tend to view our emails and have more interest
Never tried to contact support as I never had any issues
The timely follow ups and email monitoring make it a much more suitable solution
