Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud

SAP Commerce Cloud is used in our Organisation for the exchange of information trading documents (e.g. orders, invoices, receiving sheets, etc.) between us and the several thousand suppliers in multiple countries and industries. SAP Commerce Cloud supports the third level support in Order to review and find exchange documents.

The use ability of SAP Commerce Cloud is good, however, the design should be updated due to the 21st century requirements form the users. The millennium design elements should be updated. However, the usability is easy and fits to the current business requirements from the business end users in the organization.
It was decided several years ago to integrate and use SAP Commerce Cloud for the purpose of supplier, purchase and invoicing purposes. However, SAP Commerce Cloud is a key part of the complete ERP and IT solution concept. Without this key component it would not be possible to include other solutions.

SAP Commerce Cloud is behaving absolutely brilliant in the area of document exchange and tracking of document details. Furthermore, also the possibility to onboard audit teams and departments provides a high values to the corporate. Due to the easy and intuitive usage, new users are easy to be onboarded on it.
