Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal
I use SAP Crystal Reports on a daily basis to help automate company wide reporting. Combined with Logicity Pro, I can easily create a report, and automate it to be emailed to the required group. I can build it, set it up, and forget it. It saves countless hours of redoing the same reports over and over again every week, and users get them on time every time!
- Simple to build reports
- Can be easily automated
- Saves a lot of time
- Keeping database connections in favorites doesn't work very well
- Ability to force links when Crystal doesn't want to link certain fields even though data is identical in both fields but formatting is not
- Easier way to transmit data between sub-reports and main reports
I've used Crystal Reports for over 10 years and never felt the need to go looking for another software.
