I use SAP Sales Cloud to track the leads and manage the leads where in there is a scope of opportunity. One of our team which works on Proposals helps them to track the status of proposals. It also helps us to keep a track of performance, and to analyse the data

to my understanding the features I have been using like keeping track, data analyzing, proposal management,CRM etc has highly impacted our business on a larger scale. It helped our company to grow not just because getting all the features at one place but because of saving huge amount of time.
