Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud
We are using Zoho to do sales forecast; however, the data is not accurate, and most of the time it is tough to manage SQL and payment gateways integration with Zoho. so we opted SAP Sales Cloud and moved all the invoicing, payment integration, budgeting and sales to zoho. This Ecosytem helped us in analysing the data with ease and accurate
Pros
- Sales Forecast
- Sales Analysis
- CRM
Cons
- Data Visualization
- AI integration can be made better
- Integration Complexity
- Reduced the spending on other softwares by 2x just from the start of first 6 months
- Improved efficiency by 4x
- reduced human error by 10x
Now we can visualize what's happening in each territory, and can clearly see which territory is performing and which is not, based on which management is able to make decision on where to spend resources and where not required. we were spending resources in a territory with less business, now we were able to reallocate to different territory and improved over revenue
We selected it because of the SAP Sales Cloud Eco-system, doesn't have to rely on multiple software everytime
