Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

We use SAP Cloud as our primary platform for getting leads and tracking the opportunities. Our sales team can access CX data, pricing, and order history easily due to its integration with SAP ERP. It centralises all the customer data into one place and automates repetitive tasks like followups which ease the burden for our sales rep. They can focus on closing the deals because of this.

Pros

  • It centralize all the scattered data across spreadsheets into one place
  • Automate tasks like followups and email sync
  • Managers use built in reports to get real time updates on leads, and the progress

Cons

  • Mobile app can be improved as it lacks features that we can use on desktop.
  • User interface may feel bit outdated compared to modern CRMs
  • Integration with non-SAP products is not easy and can be challenging sometimes.
  • Revenue was uplifted due to their 360 customer view which allows our sales team to complete history of all the communications
  • Automation of tasks and improved sales forecasting allowed better strategic planning. It also save a lot of time of our sales rep so that they can focus more on closing deals.
  • Pipeline visibility and cross team collaboration helped us deliver more consistent experience for our customers.
Our sales rep have 360 view of all the customers without switching platforms because of the connection with ERP directly which fetches all the customer information, order history and pricing. This integration has reduced manual efforts our sales team had to put previously and improved data efficiency. We can now close deals more faster and managers can track them in realtime. This helped us with accurate forecasting since opportunity data is aligned with current inventory and financials.
SAP Sales Cloud is greatly scalable. It can be used across multiple departments with consistent functionality and is beneficial for big organisations due to its integration with ERP. I would not rate it 10 as sometimes scaling require technical expertise and configurations and cost will increase once you add on more modules or customisations
It is more flexible due to availability of large number of third party apps and integration. UI is also modern and friendly compared to Salesforce. It stands out only when you integrate it with SAP ERP and other SAP products. Since we already had SAP ERP here, we chose SAP Sales Cloud without a doubt. The integration Allowed us to have single place for customer data and sales.

Do you think SAP Sales Cloud delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with SAP Sales Cloud's feature set?

Yes

Did SAP Sales Cloud live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of SAP Sales Cloud go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy SAP Sales Cloud again?

Yes

As we have other SAP products, SAP Cloud is an excellent choice for us. The integration between their apps is very easy. It is a great fit for companies that need a guided sales process for best efficiency across teams. This is made solely for B2B sales so organisations that focus mainly on B2C sales may not benefit it from SAP Sales Cloud. it also requires a dedicated IT team for setting up and managing the system effectively.
