Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3
Scale Computing HC3 is being used across our entire organization. It has replaced our old Hyper-V cluster as well as the Pillar SAN. We had several issues with snapshots timing out, and network connectivity when using the Hyper-V cluster. So far we have had 0 issues with the Scale product, and updating the cluster has been an absolute dream.

- There honestly isn't a lot to improve upon.
- Importing foreign VM process
Our Citrix environment is noticeably faster. Our users noticed this the first day the system went live. Our file shares are indexed faster, which was also a noticeable change by our users. During a power outage, I was more comfortable with this system coming back up than I was with previous systems.
- I cannot say this product has had any negative impact on our business.
Scale Computing HC3 was not only cheaper than every solution that we looked at. It also had the easiest interface to learn and the least amount of hardware. We eliminated any and all setup/implementation costs as we were able to set up the cluster ourselves. All of the other services made me feel like I needed a master's degree to rack the units and set it up.
