Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

The ease with which we're able to deploy/discover SL1 agents is very smooth and this gives us an upper hand in faster deployments for our new customers.
We use ScienceLogic SL1 in our organization to serve effective monitoring solutions to our external customers. Our customers depend upon us for critical events/alerts related to their IT infrastructure gears and using SL1, we're able to provide them with a proactive monitoring solution that resolves an issue before an impact is noticed by the customer. There are very few monitoring solutions that can cater to a variety of Cloud platforms like Public Cloud (AWS, Azure) and private cloud simultaneously and SL1 addresses this business problem very well. Not only this, the ease with which the SL1 UI Operates is just commendable and pretty fast with zero to no latency. Being a multi-cloud company, it's important that we serve our customers with fanatical support and SL1 helps us achieve that every day.

SL1 is able to offer way more enhanced monitoring than UIM. We have used UIM for quite a long time and the benefits offered by SL1 are much higher.
SL1 is best suited for scenarios where we want detailed IT infrastructure monitoring. Scenarios where it is less appropriate would be for basic monitoring like URL, Ping, etc.

Given the capabilities of SL1, it goes pretty well with both on-premise as well as IaaS solutions which very much aligns with our business model for serving our customer needs.
It also has great reporting tools at hand which is very beneficial for our customer to do a daily/weekly/monthly health checkup of their hosted devices with us.
The Class UI also is very smooth for SL1 users to configure monitoring as per our customer's demand.
