Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

The migration was very smooth. We were using a different monitoring tool where we had 10 customers. We migrated them one by one within a time span of 1 year. Support from ScienceLogic professional services helped us in creating the used cases and migrating customers with zero downtime.
ScienceLogic SL1 has been used for monitoring our customers infrastructure that includes network, servers datacenter devices. These include switches routers, sdwan devices. Monitoring is very good. We can monitor devices in all countries like India, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium. It is providing excellent event correlation and helping our customers to manage to their infrastructure.

Entuity was lacking a lot of custom reporting and also the out of the box automation and RBA was also less. Our customers were mainly looking for devices which are next gen like sdwan which Entuity doesn't support. When it come to ScienceLogic SL1 it will support all sets of devices which is very useful.

It's one of the best monitoring tools that we have used. It gives a holistic view of customer infra, which is very helpful for our operations team. We are also using run book automation, which is helping to get automation done and reducing the load on our network operations team.
