Implementation Rating

We've used a partner that's been tough. We've had to engage and pay for ScienceLogic SL1 support direct to get us on our journey as the partner didn't have enough experience in certain areas. I also don't think we understood the prerequisites very well so have spent a lot of time with our security teams to get permissions approved.

From a capability perspective they stack up very similar but from a look and feel, ScienceLogic SL1 one is miles behind the curve on all three. We chose SL because we already had elements of the service in place on our infrastructure from our previous MSP so they were a trusted supplier already.

ScienceLogic SL1 is great for enterprise organisations looking to see all their infrastructure monitoring in one place. The more modern UI in the event management application looks good but unfortunately any detailed monitoring uses the old UI, which is clunky and needs a refresh.
