Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

I use screenconnect for remote access to my computers and for remote access during support of my customers' computers.
  • It is easy to use
  • It is easy to get my customers connected
  • Need a slimmed down UI for users that don't use all of the functionality
  • I needed a remote connection solution and this provided everything I needed for a very good price.
I still like the ease of use of LogMeInRescue especially for the downloading and installing of the support client.
The price is good. I haven't yet had any problems getting computers connected.
