Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ScreenConnect to remotely administer computers across our various sites. It has been a huge time saver for us, and it enables us to work from anywhere with an internet connection. It saves a lot of trips for quick fixes, and we're also able to work on multiple computers at the same time which is very efficient.

ScreenConnect replaced DameWare. It's more flexible than DameWare since it's a web based service, but on the other hand is a bit less secure since it's not hosted internally. That being said, it's much more accessible, and worth the trade off. There are 2FA options, but they're a bit complicated to set up.
