ScreenConnect, great tool for computer support!
Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
Our organization uses ScreenConnect to access client computers and servers remotely for support. The business problem it addresses is to quickly and efficiently solve a client's problem.
Pros
- It is quick and easy for my clients to allow me to access their computers with ScreenConnect either through a web browser or email link.
- I really like how ScreenConnect allows me to use my dual monitors and see my client's dual monitors.
- It is also very easy to add multiple computers and servers that I access on a regular basis.
Cons
- A shorter URL, some people that aren't real computer savvy have a difficult time understanding and typing in screenconnect.com
- ScreenConnect allows me to handle more clients because I can take care of their problems from my office instead of wasting time driving.
- ScreenConnect also has helped customer satisfaction because I can resolve their problems immediately instead of waiting for me to go onsite.
The main reason I switched from FixMe.IT to ScreenConnect was multiple monitor support. I use dual monitors and many of my clients use dual monitors and FixMe.IT would only support one monitor so I was constantly having to switch back and forth between monitors which was much less efficient, ScreenConnect resolved that problem for me.
