Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
Our technical staff - IT, web, phone and telephony staff - use ScreenConnect to remotely support our client networks.
- Toolbox is amazing
- Remote commands
- Audit log of users connecting to machines for compliance.
- Can't think of any!
- Saves us time and therefore money from having to travel onsite
Use to use Logmein, but ScreenConnect far out performs and huge cost improvement over LMI.
