Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
I currently use ScreenConnect in my IT department. I selected ScreenConnect because I am able to connect remotely to any computer in my organization and even some that are not. I was able to organize computers by department. Having ScreenConnect on every device also helps keep track of my inventory and who is using what computer.

- File Transfer could be a little faster.
- ScreenConnect greatly reduces time spent trying to see the remote machine and what is gong on with it. I dislike having to walk across the building every time someone needs something resolved. This is really handy when you have multiple locations.
I've used multiple remote support softwares. ScreenConnect blows them all away.
